Hi, I'm Matthew Guca

After several years working on a drug enforcement unit, I transitioned into sales — from coat-and-tie meetings with VPs, to cold calling hundreds of potential customers, to in-home consultations as an estimator and customer service rep in the painting industry. Over the last 35+ years, I've built relationships with so many wonderful people along the way.

That passion for customer service eventually led me to Better Lending, where my professional and personal relationships are stronger than ever. I truly enjoy coming to work every day. Outside of the office, I'm the proud father of my sons, Jacob and Nicholas, and I love golfing and watching college football.
