Junior Loan Processor

Responsibilities:

• Review and process mortgage loan files from start to finish
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of borrower documentation
• Work with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to move files efficiently through the pipeline
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Prior mortgage processing experience is required
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and mortgage guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work in-office
