Inside Sales Representative (Mortgages)

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities:

    • Follow up on inbound leads and make outbound calls and emails.

  • Understand customer needs and requirements:

    • Listen to customer inquiries and identify their pain points.

  • Route qualified opportunities:

    • Pass promising leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas:

    • Use effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals.

  • Maintain and expand your prospect database:

    • Keep track of potential customers within your assigned territory.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven inside sales experience.(Mortgage sales is a plus)

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.

  • Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong listening and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
