Inside Sales Representative (Mortgages)
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities:
Follow up on inbound leads and make outbound calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements:
Listen to customer inquiries and identify their pain points.
Route qualified opportunities:
Pass promising leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas:
Use effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
Maintain and expand your prospect database:
Keep track of potential customers within your assigned territory.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven inside sales experience.(Mortgage sales is a plus)
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
